Manor House:
The access to the main house is through a beautiful entrance door leading to a lovely traditional courtyard. From this courtyard you can access to the cellars and stables on the ground floor and the living area on the first floor. One of the current cellars has been the chapel of the Manor House. You can still find a very old baptismal font which is the only thing left from the past. Adjacent to the chapel is the old servant’s house which is now in ruinous state. Furthermore, you can find on the ground floor 6 stables / animal pens. Stone stairs in the courtyard ascend to the first floor and the living area. Here you can find a lovely wooden balcony and enclosed terrace in traditional Galician style. The living area comprises furthermore a dining / living room connecting to the enclosed terrace, a second large dining room, a kitchen with woodstove and gas hobs (with access to the orchard), a bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a dressing room. The living area comprises also an older part with 3 bedrooms, a larder and a hall. This part is in need of a full renovation. Views from the house are superb, overlooking meadows, hills and woods.

Outbuildings:
The property includes a barn, two sheds (one with an oven) and a very old wine cellar in on the plot of land and covered by weed. All these buildings are fully stone-built.

The house is situated in a large plot of land of 25.170 square metres of land with good pasture (ideal for horses and other animals), fruit trees, a typical Galician “Hórreo” (= a sort of granary on stone pillars) and vegetable garden.

The location is peaceful on the edge of a hamlet. At just 2 km from the river Miño, with its beautiful bends and terraced vineyards. The region is in the outskirts of the Ribeira Sacra, which literally means “sacred riverbanks”, derived from the many churches and monasteries you can find along these banks.
