This stone-built house on two floors is located in a small hamlet on the banks of the river Miño, in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra. On the ground floor you can find a wine cellar with wooden barrels and on the first floor (the living area) an open space.Vineyards:At 40 metres from the house you can find a vineyard of 262 m² and at 400 metres a second vineyard of 542 m² with approx. 50% planted with vines.

Location:
The location is in a small hamlet near the river banks of the Miño River, in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra region. The nearest main villages with all necessary amenities are Ferreira de Panton and Escairon, both located at 9 km from the property (15 minutes by car). The lively medieval town of Monforte de Lemos is located 20 km (23 minutes by car) and at 13 km (20 minutes by car) there is an excellent 18-holes golf course for the golf lovers. The beautiful river beach of A Cova is located 15 minutes by car (8 km) and you can find a small marina in the picturesque village of Belesar (at 15 km).
During the Middle Ages, Monforte de Lemos became an important town in Galicia. Here you can still find many interesting historical monuments. Worth to visit are for example the huge 17th century building of Nuestra Señora de Antigua (well known as El Cardenal, with some paintings of El Greco in a museum), the monastery of San Vicente do Pino and the medieval castle and palace of the counts of Lemos (today a “Parador”, by the state owned Hotel), the old Jewish quarter, the convent of “Las Clarisas” with an important museum of sacred art and the lovely bridge over the river Cabe.
