This is a beautiful traditional stone wine cellar located in the council of Panton. This is the heart of the Ribeira Sacra region, at 5 km from the river Cabe and at 8 km from the canyon of the river Sil.  Main services and amenities are to find in the village of Ferreira de Panton, at 3 km from the property (5 minutes by car).

Wine cellar (135 m²):
The bodega itself is fully stone-built and offers a lot of character with still some old wooden barrels inside the building. It has been used as an excellent wine cellar for many years and the thick stone walls and the chestnut wooden roof structure are really impressive. With a permission from the council you can change the use of the building and convert it into a nice house due to the fact that the building is older than 1975.

The bodega is situated in a plot of 479  m² with a grapevine and vegetable garden.
