This is a habitable stone-built house on two floors located in the outskirts of the town of Chantada. The old house has been renovated some years ago by its owner and is habitable, although, some refurbishments and modernizations are recommended. The town of Chantada is one of the main towns in the Ribeira Sacra region. It is a lively town with all kind of amenities, services etc. and has a charming old quarter with bars and restaurants.

Location:
The location is on the outskirts in the town of Chantada. This is one of the main towns in the Ribeira Sacra region and offers all kind of services and amenities, such as a health centre, supermarkets, all kind of local shops, banks, schools, bars and restaurants, etc. You can find a beautiful scenery along the banks of the river Miño, at 5 km from Chantada. Here you can find typical terraced vineyards, producing Galicia’s best wines. Ribeira Sacra, which means “sacred riverbanks, derived from the many churches and monasteries on these river banks, founded by religious orders in the middle ages. A good example is the lovely Romanesque church of Pesqueiras, at 6 km from the house.
