Location:
The location is in a small rural hamlet at just 2 km from the beautiful banks of the river Miño. Along the banks of this river are typical terraced vineyards and several beautiful Romanesque churches, for example in Santo Estevo and Pesquieras. The whole area offers nature with meadows, woods and hills. The situation is very peaceful, with the Parish church, and old medieval stone cross and a few farms in the surroundings. The nearest town with all necessary amenities and services is Chantada, at 6 km (10 minutes by car). This town has a small but charming old quarter with bars and restaurants and a lively ambience. In Chantada you will also find all kind of local shops, banks, petrol stations, a medical centre, supermarkets, etc.
